Creating Presentations with Microsoft 365 Copilot in PowerPoint
Use Microsoft 365 Copilot to generate a full PowerPoint presentation, customize slides with AI images, and adjust tone for an executive audience.

Lab overview
Presentations are a universal business deliverable, and building them from scratch is one of the most time-consuming tasks in any professional's workflow. Microsoft 365 Copilot in PowerPoint transforms that process by letting you generate a complete slide deck from a single natural-language prompt, then iteratively refine it - editing individual slides, inserting AI-generated images, rewriting content for different audiences, and adding speaker notes - all without leaving PowerPoint.
In this guided lab, you will walk through the end-to-end workflow of creating a polished executive presentation using Copilot. Starting from a blank file and a topic prompt, you will generate a full deck, customize its content and visuals, and adjust its tone and structure for an executive audience.
