Questions from program leads

What schools, coaches and training teams ask before they run a program on CloudLearn.

Is CloudLearn a full LMS?

It covers running a program, with real hands-on labs built in. The College LMS adds programs, admissions, student records, fees, attendance, a gradebook, credentials and a report builder.

Do learners need their own cloud accounts?

No. Each learner gets an isolated sandbox with credentials already set up. They open the lab in a browser and start. Sandboxes have cost controls and are cleaned up automatically.

Can we use our own content?

You can build training paths from content that already exists on the platform and use them in a private catalog, where your members see only the content we share with your organization. The catalog is set up with our team. Organizations cannot author new labs themselves today. CloudLearn builds custom labs on request.

Do you support single sign-on?

Microsoft Entra SSO is available and is set up with our team.

Can instructors see lab progress while students work?

You can see who has a lab running, which step they are on, how many checks they have passed and the time left. It does not show their screen and is view-only.

Where is our data stored?

Data is separated per college. The application, files and databases run on Microsoft Azure. Some services, such as sign-in and payments, use other US-based providers. Talk to us about your requirements.

How is it priced?

Pricing is seat-based, with volume tiers. Book a demo and we will quote for your program.
